Project
Menopause Step 1
Research area The second half
Menopause Step 1 is the first phase of a long-term research programme exploring why people experience the menopausal transition so differently.
By combining hormonal profiles, genetics, brain imaging and individual symptom patterns, we aim to identify markers that may help predict who is likely to benefit from which treatment approach.
The goal is to move towards more personalised menopausal care — reducing prolonged trial and error and helping people find effective support earlier.
